With 7.1 channel surround sound in HD, watching a film becomes an unforgettable experience. For convenience, you can easily (and without dock) connect your iPod, iPhone or iPad with the included cable to enjoy any audio and video on it. The receiver will optionally upscale iPod or SD video to 1080p quality. You can also connect USB storage devices and play MP3, WMA and AAC compressed audio files.

Surround speakers can hardly be ideally positioned. MCACC therefore analyses the existing sound field using a microphone (included), just like a sound professional, and adjusts the sound timings to precision-tune the system to your room.
